Terms of Service

By purchasing, bidding on, or owning any design, artwork, or adopt created by Gyaruff, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.
Failure to follow these terms will result in a ban and permanent blacklist.

1. Ownership & Rights
♡ Always credit Gyaruff as the original creator.
♡ You may change gender/species/etc., but the original design must stay uploaded on Toyhouse.
♡ Do not alter designs to resemble my fursonas or other personal characters.

2. Usage Restrictions
♡ Do not edit or alter my artwork (except adopt edits) without permission.
♡ No commercial use unless commercial rights are purchased.
♡ Designs must stay as one character—no splitting or cloning.

3. Co-Ownership
♡ Co-owning is allowed, but the design must stay on one TH profile only.

4. Resale, Trade, Pricing
♡ Reselling/trading/gifting is allowed.
♡ Do not increase the price unless new commissioned art is added.
♡ You may not charge for edits or add your own rules (ex: “must resell to me only”).

5. Buying, Bidding, Payment
♡ Do NOT bid or comment if you cannot pay—nonpayment = blacklist.
♡ Payment is due within 24 hours. No design is transferred before payment.
♡ Do not buy/bid for others without telling me first.

6. Chargebacks
♡ Any chargeback or forced refund = automatic loss of character rights.
♡ I regain full ownership and may resell the design, even if new art was added.

7. Behavior & Conduct
♡ No harassing or guilt-tripping winners or owners of my designs.

8. Blacklist Enforcement
♡ Breaking these rules results in a permanent blacklist.
♡ Blacklisted users cannot bid, buy, or interact with my designs.
